Copenhagen Hotel

Booked +Hotel Phoenix Copenhagen on Hotwire for $317 for one night for 2 double rooms. Can't seem to find any hotel rooms that will accommodate a family of four at a reasonable price. It's rated as a 4-star hotel but I'm not so sure the star ratings are the same in Europe as they are in the U.S. I've stayed at a 2-star Comfort Inn in the U.S. that is better than 4-star hotels in Europe.
